It is a 40-acre, Roman-themed community of 1,992 apartments, built in phases, with towers rising to 2 basements plus ground plus 36 floors, engineered as an RCC wall structure for seismic Zone 3.

Phase I covers 13 acres with 1,402 apartments, a 2-acre clubhouse and two swimming pools totalling 32,000 sq ft. Phase II adds a further 7 acres and 590 apartments around a 1.6-acre clubhouse named Santa Rosa, with its own pool. Phase III is a separate, ongoing development beyond the current 1,992-unit count, so if you are booking fresh, ask the sales team which phase and tower your unit falls under.
